At New Focus Recovery, we’re not just another sober living home—we’re a movement rooted in lived experience, brotherhood, and purpose.

We’re two guys born and raised in San Diego who once walked the same road many of our residents are on now. We’ve been through it—the chaos, the setbacks, the hopeless nights. We bounced through trashed, overcrowded houses looking for change and found nothing but survival. But then we found one recovery home that truly changed our lives. It had structure, accountability, and a real sense of brotherhood. That’s where the switch flipped.

Through the 12 steps and the power of a strong recovery community, we were able to rebuild our lives—and now, we’re here to help others do the same.

New Focus Recovery was created to offer what we wish we had found sooner: a clean, supportive, and structured environment where men in recovery can focus on what really matters—growth, healing, and purpose. We believe in doing the work, staying honest, and walking this path together.
